What is Empathic Leadership?
“Empathetic Leadership is the ability to put yourself in someone else's shoes. It's the willingness and ability to understand and honor the other person's point of view, even if you don't agree with it, and to be fully present with that person.”

“As leaders, we need to be more flexible in our interactions with others. In order to be most effective, we need to respond rather than react, to observe not judge.”
