“Personally, I have a very difficult time with saying "no" to others as I am internally wired to do more for others to feel good myself. Through the coaching process, I now have the ability and strength to set expectations which makes it much easier to say no when I'm unable or unavailable. It allows me to be the best version of myself and give the best quality to others.”
