“All of my skills and competencies were awaken and enhanced through the coaching process. Being present every moment in events and spaces I attended was one of my most enhanced experiences. Knowing how to identify individuals leadership styles and knowing when to apply the necessary tools when connecting with them.”

“Through practicing not over thinking matters and situations which required action I progressed from working incompetently to unconsciously competent.”
